We are working on a music magazine for Typography class called “feedback”. You’ve seen the logo, but now here is a early attempt at a cover as well as some spreads. 

I decided what I really wanted to do was to take some of my favorite lyrics and illustrate them and set them nicely and whatnot. This idea was mainly started by some of the tumblrs I follow, specifically: http://lyricalgraphics.tumblr.com/

I totally ripped off the Lenny Kravitz thing, but only because I thought it was so beautiful and perfect. Credit for that one goes to lyrical graphics.

My design process far too often involves getting bored and turning ascenders into the twin towers and using wingdings for planes.
